PB, Bacon and Honey Sandwich Question

The Daves bread ive seen may be too (loosly packed) from what Ive seen of it, its kind of whats the word for it,,, uhhhh grainy, ya thats it.
PBBH's best used with denser bread like reguar o'le wheat or bagels, or bagel crisps.

I would think since bacon is cured typically with lots of salt and tender quick that eating it fully cooked after a few days unfridgerated would be just fine. No issues thus far with my sammiches.

Ezekiel bread English muffins hold up good premade. I make them, wrap them and then refreeze them.

I make em with tortillas ahead of time. Cut em in wedges and package in ziplocks.

As far as bacon, Boars Head brand is precooked, not refrigerated in the stores(at least not where I buy), and has 2 packets per box(about 7 slices per pack. Unlike some brands that have the whole contents in one pack. As far as honey, Tupelo honey never crystallizes. (Just don’t buy a knockoff brand claiming it is Tupelo.
