I like the 511 Traverse pants, I also have several pairs of Attack pants and the 511s are very similar. Like the straps in the cargo pockets as they hold my phone, wallet or extra magazines in place. Good stretch and dry quick. They are not cotton like the rest of the 511 line.

I've been wearing the EB guide pants and want to add some other options. Are the Kuhls and the pranas nut huggers like the guides ?

I really like Duluth Trading Companies Fire Hose logger pants and their Dry on the Fly Nylon pants. Wear them in the woods, on canoe trips and even going to church.

I got a pair of the Dry on the Fly Nylon pants, with the cargo pockets. Very happy with them, really like the front access to the cargo pockets and the cell phone slot on both sides. They also have a gusset crotch for those of us that need some extra room. :)

Nope and the Raptors have actually stretch panels in the crotch and inside of the legs which make them oh so comfy. ;)

I still can't thank Luke enough for pointing out those Eddie Bauer Guide pants. I've got two pair and love the things to death. I wear them all the time now. I just checked out the website and saw now they changed to a Guide Pro Pant with different colors.

Glad you like them man!! They are a great option for sure!! I do like the Kuhl Raptors a bit more for everyday wear though. The stretch panels inside of the legs and such and the stretchy pockets are pretty nice!!

When I bought my first pair of Kuhl's, I was asking the girl why they're so dang expensive compared to Carharts. She told me part of it is that there is a ton of thought that goes into the placement of every seam. So when you crouch down or move, the pants move without squeezing in places you don't want them to squeeze. They are a sweet pant.

Another vote for the EB guide pants. Have the Prana Zions as well but found their sizing to be inconsistent. Theyre great if you find a pair that fits right.

Have to edit this.

Its the Radikl pant that I like for every day use. They have strech panels on the inside of the legs and crotch and the outside the legs. The Renegades are great for hiking but the Radikls are awesome for everyday use. Jeans are nearly a thing of the past. I even wear the Kuhls to church! :)

Thanks for the Campsaver link. I ordered a pair of Renegades to try. I hope these are the ones, most pants (EB guides) I've tried of this type are too tight in the crotch for my liking.

God Bless.

Same here. I found a brand new pair on ebay for $50 shipped the other day. That's the same I paid back in December from EB.com I love these pants!
