Hey folks,
I'm in the process of switching from packing with llamas to packing with a mule and burro. I'm getting the trained equines from a buddy I really trust.
I shot a 2 piece longbow with a quiver that velcro/ straps on.
What are folks using to transport arrows with broadheads? I was thinking a pvc tube with screw caps and rivets to attach it.

The halter on the burro is hilarious 😂

An arrow tube or light pvc tube for arrows and a small plano hard case with foam for broad breads is what I’ve done.

I love the halter as well, my buddy makes tack, so I'm getting Decker saddles and a riding saddle for the mule ad part of the deal.
Guessing it might be easier to stick the arrows in something smaller than my 6 arrow quiver, then swap them back to the quiver.

could just get a Gold TIp arrow tube...https://www.goldtip.com/gear/arrow-tubes/

For light weight protection you could buy a "plans tube" like is used for the architectural plans stored on a job site. Very light but not as bullet proof as PVC with caps. I have a 6" PVC with caps which holds my take down bow and the arrows in one device. It is a bit heavy but my bow is a recurve with a longbow you wouldn't need to be 6" as the recurve was the part that made me go that big to fit the bow tips inside.

I use my plans tube for just arrows a lot, even when truck camping to keep them bundled.
