Unlike quality animal products, it is extremely common for plants to create problems in humans but yet so many people are still adamant about eating plants. I just don't get it.
I’m with you there. I have no issues at all when I eat meat but so many plants or plant based food cause gut issues. I still eat some but I’m very picky about which ones and how much. Meat is heavily favored though :)

I don’t think people realize how bad they feel with the bloating, gas, etc until they stop the plants and fiber. It is amazing the difference, for the better.

And the chemicals in processed foods. Calcium proprionate in bread and tortillas gave me serious bloat for years before I stopped and asked why and how was this going on. It’s a mold inhibitor mostly for when the grains are in storage before they become the final product. Commercial bread with it in it just might be a double poison.

Two things to possibly remember....When driving over a bridge remember....low bidder. When thinking about MANufactured foods to eat, including fruits and veggies made in a lab and greenhouses yearround.....remember they're nothing more than sku numbers.
