Outdoorsman regular pan head vs. micro

Was wondering if anyone has had their hands on both of these?

I'm only using a 65mm scope, but trying to decide if it's worth saving about 3.5oz and going with the micro with the short handle.. Will I be giving anything up?

I'm wondering this as well. From what I've read it seems like the micro is the way to go for everything up to and including a 65mm spotter. I like the idea of the handle being the sweep tension adjustment on the micro over having the extra lever on the big one too.
