Outdoor 3d Archery League

I have a 3d Archery range in North Idaho and I'm looking to have a weekly,outdoor 3d league next spring and I'm looking for some feedback on what people like/dislike about Archery leagues and 3d tournaments they have attended. We do not have an outdoor 3d league in our area so I have nothing to model mine after. My initial thought was to do a 20 target shoot for 4 to 6 weeks that would culminate with a 40 target tournament with Low net and low gross awards. I would use the weekly scores to set flights for the following weeks shoot,to aid in keeping people as honest as possible. The end of league tournament would run congruent to my annual 3d shoot, Top Pin Archery Invitational. I'm having an issue with trying to iron out the logistics of the whole thing. Any constructive advice will be much appreciated.
