OTC Rifle Whitetail States

Hello everyone, I’m looking to do an OTC or high draw odds whitetail hunt for fall 2026.

I would like to do a rifle hunt. A western or more open terrain hunt preferred but I wouldn’t mind a midwestern hunt either.

Looking to see what everyone has to say on which state would fit that bill.

I don’t think there’s anything east of the Mississippi that isn’t otc
