When you purchase an OTC archery tag in CO, does it cover a specific unit or does it cover all OTC archery units? Also, anyone have a link that lists retail sites that sell said tags?

From the Colorado big game pdf. The OTC either sex archery license can be used in any of these units, it doesn't matter which one/ones.
If you draw a unit can you hunt an OTC unit on the draw tag?
This is correct.Unfortunately, this not correct anymore as of a January 15th commission vote. Some units are now draw only limited tags -
For 2020 totally limited archery elk licensing are units 44, 45, 47, 444, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 77, 78, 711, 741, 751, & 771
