Ever get a turkey leg at a renaissance fair ?
I ate on that leg the whole day, took it home and ate on it the second day. That ostrich leg I could eat on for a month. Take a meat saw cut it into bone in Round steaks and the wings Now were talking HOT WINGS.
How much meat do you think they have here ?
10lbs wings, 25 lbs in leg meat, I mean you think 100lbs all together?

I butchered a turkey that was 42lbs (bled out w/ head off) a few weeks ago. That looks like another step up!
