How about a $1.95 orange vest from Walmart?- really try not to overthink this type of stuff.

Seems like a pretty simple remedy. You are right, no need to overthink it at all.

I used a foam pad and some orange spray paint. I’ll probably have to paint it again next season, but it was free and it’s nice to sit on.
