Options on rangefinder. Maven CFR.1 or something else

Looking for a new rangefinder. Not looking to range out to a mile or two, but would like something that is reliable and accurate to range deer out to 800. Was looking at the Maven CFR.1 as it seems to hit my price point and do what I want but havnt seen to many reviews, but that ones I have seen have been positive. Anyone have input on the Maven or any other recommendations around that price point? I have heard sigs have issues in the cold and vortex is a hit or a miss.

I picked up a RF.1 this spring - haven't hunted with it yet, but it seems really nice. Very clear glass, and the forest mode has worked well in my testing so far.
