Just purchased my first high end Bino and wondering if leaving them in my chest harness in the truck in the summer is a bad idea?

I’d throw a cheap set of binos in the truck and keep the high end ones somewhere safe. I’m not sure what the weather is like where you live, but here in AZ it gets hot. I wouldn’t leave anything I care about in my truck in the summer

I mostly use padding camera bags, and they work very well.
