Optic planet ?

Is anyone having issues with optic planet shipping in a timely manner?
or,is it just me?

Been that way all of Covid...can't even talk to a real person there anymore.

Better deals and better customer service to be had elsewhere.

Yes- I had two packages take over 15 business days from optics planet
What's amazing through all of this Midway usa has still had incredibly fast and efficient shipping even as hoarders started gobbling everything up I've yet to have a slow or delayed order from them

Yup, I'm waiting on shipment from them right now. ordered the product a full week ago and it still hasn't shipped.

They had great prices on an oryx chassis, and some magpul mags and ordered them 2 weeks ago, got the mags in 5 days, still waiting on the chassis...I sent 2 emails and got through with a phone call...I said hey what gives? She said the warehouse is backed up, so I asked for a discount, they took $25 off...still waiting...

I ended up canceling my order with them. They charged my credit card but then didn't have any time frame on shipping. And as said above, you can't talk to a real person. I just canceled via email. I do give them credit for actually cancelling my order and giving my refund in a timely manner.

All I've heard is horror stories about people ordering from Optics Planet. Not sure why anyone would continue to order form them. I'll stick with EuroOptic.

I am awaiting a shipment from Midway that shipped on the 4th and has yet to be delivered and I am only 350 miles from their location.

I cancelled my order. I also posted a thread about them. I won’t purchase from then again. They never even had the item in stock... but they said they did.

Ordered a part for my CVA Accura ML mid August then received email September 4 it was shipped. Nothing shows up so I dig on their website with my order # and it tells me to expect the item by October 26. Sorry not happening order cancelled. Not a great way to earn business.

Didn't have the products they said they did. Bad customer service. One time I complained on an optics order, so they gave me a coupon that did not apply to optics orders and expired almost immediately.

Meh. This is a bit hyperbolic. What I meant is: I don't order from them anymore because I have had some lackluster experiences, and much better ones elsewhere.

I canceled an order with them this spring, when I ordered it said it was in stock, then the delivery estimate just kept slipping, after about 5-6 weeks I got tired of waiting and ordered from somewhere else

I'll second this . You might get a good deal from optics planet. Buuuut, you might also wait an extra 2 weeks to save that $10
