Anyone else have this issue with onx not tracking ?
I've contacted customer several times and they said it's because I have too many tracks/way points.

Anyone else experienced this and have a solution?

My experience with OnX has been less than pleasurable as of late. Seems like every other week I have to go in and recheck all my layers, and half of them are moved under a new tab. It has issues loading even connected to wifi, and sometimes it forgets to load my waypoints. The mobile app also doesn't select and highlight the point to point section of trail and pop up details anymore either.

Sorry I don't have a solution to your problem, I only have more issues to add for complexity. Maybe the solution is basemaps..

Do you have 1500 total points, tracks etc? That is the max you can have with onX per subscription.

I'm not sure how many, don't think it's nearly that many. But onx support did say some of my track lines were close to 100 miles which was an issue?

From my understanding 1 track equals 1 point of the 1500 so that shouldn’t be the issue of too many points I wouldn’t think.

Just checked and I only have 308 tracks/way points.. I got a sub to basemap so ill just have to use both unfortunately. Definitely frustrating they can't get it figured out

I know this is old but damn if mine stopped tracking my trails when hiking. Sounds like I have too many in there - unless anyone has learned differently I'll delete some stuff.
