Any idea why part of the map turns white when I zoom in? When this happens I’m unable to see any terrain features, etc. I’ve tried turning off all layers to see if one certain layer is the culprit with no luck. Only Nebraska and S Dakota do this for some reason

Disregard, figured it out.

Looks suspiciously like a USGS/USFS map with the resolution and the way it lines up with the sectional boundaries. You should be able to go into your layer settings and toggle the Forest Visitor Maps layer in the hunt category.
