Or just get BaseMap for $30 for all states, crashes less, more layers, better layers, and my favorite, GoogleEarth is built in with a topo layer.

Does BASEMAPS have all the private boundaries? how often are they updated? does it give LO names?

Yes, landowner names and property boundaries.
Also the option to turn on only private property or public or both.
Updated once per quarter I believe vs onx does once per year.
