I don't like that I can't have the transparency high on saved maps for gov't lands. Looking through that yellow and green drives me nuts for some reason. Can't figure out a way to get rid of it. Its acting kind of buggy tonight with downloads. I tried downloading 2 maps of the area, one with gov't lands layer on and one without. Still shows through when offline...not sure if because they overlap or if it's not even possible to download without those layers. Open to suggestions.
