This may apply to some: I found a loophole where I was subscribed to OnX directly through the Apple App Store, cancelled on there and re-newed with the discount online.

Mine renews in October. I called Onx and they applied the discount to the next time it renews.

I upgraded to Elite last week with the 40%, got a weird receipt and realized they prorated it to expire and renew in September instead of giving me a year from right now so assuming that's to ensure it renews for the full rate in September. Seems kinda lame if so.
