OnX Elite no longer offers discount on RCBS?

OnX Elite used to offer a %25 discount on RCBS but looks like thats changed at some point recently. Bummer as I was about to order some reloading gear.

I wonder if it's where Hodgdon bought RCBS. I am a Army Veteran and received an email last week from Rcbs that the VIP program changed some.. I logged on and the discounts are now a small % of what it used to be..
