OnX Crashing

Last week in Wyoming our group had the same issue with OnX. Well, the iPhone users in our group did any ways. I used my Android phone without issue. Once we got high enough to get service and reset the phones the issue seemed to resolve itself.

As someone who used to get up in the middle of the night to look for lost BENIGHTED souls, I have a vested interest in promoting the non-electronic alternative. This is not my handiwork but I can recommend it whole-heartedly:

I feel lucky. Have OnX about 8 years. Use it almost daily and never once have done an app delete/reinstall or restart phone to make it function.

Late to this thread but I just posted something similar about OnX. About the same time the OP’s OnX stopped working, I was on the N. Slope of the Uintas and on the second day of scouting, my OnX completely froze. I closed the app., turned off my IPhone and even found service to try and go to online maps and no luck. It’s never done this before or since. Maybe there was a glitch in the system about that time.
