So - that doesn't really answer the question. Can you comment on the functionality I asked about?
How is Android or iOS involved at all if we're talking about integrating with Google Earth (i.e. on a laptop)? Or, are you only targeting integration with the GE app used on a phone (which, sort of defeats the purpose...)
Sorry if we misunderstood your question. There are two separate features. One feature is Google Earth Integration for Android. This is where you can set a marker anywhere in BaseMap and select it, then open that exact area/marker in the Google Earth App (not Google Earth on the desktop, but their app so yes, viewing 3D terrain on a phone).
BaseMap 3D Earth is only available on iOS for right now, but it allows users to select 3D as a basemap and view any layer in 3D. This would include the ability to view boundary lines, markers, etc. in 3D right in the app. Right now we are working on making this available to Android users as well.
