One shot kill streak.

My last 3 elk were one-shot kills. 2004 I put an extra through a spike’s noggin after he took a 180 grain Partition through the chest at 40 yards. Zipzip, in and out, he kept walking. They do that sometimes.

I don’t remember the last time I had to shoot a deer more than once. They die pretty easy if you shoot them through the lungs.

Upto last year, I’m guessing 12-13. Missed two last year with my bow

I don’t keep track or care. Anchor the animal. Driven into my head since I started hunting. “Hit him again!” Hahaha.
