One-piece light weight 35mm rings?

Does this set up exist out there somewhere? I'm wanting to switch my rifle set up to the Leupold Mk5 3.6-18x44 but keep the one-piece light weight Talley type of rings I currently have but they only make that one-piece up to a 34mm, I did speak to Talley and they made it seem like they may be coming out with a one-piece 35mm set up but no timeline on it. Trying to avoid going with a pic rail and separate rings just to minimize weight if possible. Thanks.

I am aware of the one-piece 35mm unity scope ring set up from gunwerks but not sure if their gunwerk action specific or not. This will be going on a Christensen Ridgeline.

I've got that exact scope on a Spuhr SP-5016, love it. Mount isn't the lightest, but it does inspire great confidence and is solidly built.
