Does anyone who has an Omega 300 have any data on how effective the anchor brake is at reducing recoil. Im not really interested in suppressed vs unsupprrssed. I'm mostly interested in how effective the brake is vs a regular end cap.

I haven't shot my Omega 300 DTM without the break cap but compared to my other suppressor I have, it does seem to reduce recoil a little more. The drawback is that it seems a little louder then my other suppressor. Just my opinion on what I have noticed in the past couple months shooting it. I have it on a 6.5 prc and my 7 year old daughter is able to shoot it.

Gotcha, well if you ever test it out with the regular end cap late me know the difference.

I'd be putting it on higher recoiling 30 calibers. .30-06 or 300 win in a hunting rifle configuration. My theory with going to this supressor was specifically because of the benefits of the muzzle break.

It makes a difference. I have an omega that I run exclusively with the brake. Not sure on percentage or any statistical data on recoil difference but I can tell on my 300 prc, 308 and 6 arc that there is less muzzle jump.
