Older Nikon window mount

Taking a chance, but any recommendations on a window mount that will work with an older pair of Nikon Monarch's.
These don't have the ability to screw onto a tripod or standard window mount. Hoping there's something out there that could work.

You may have to mount a small tripod head on you window mount then use something like this. Just a suggestion.
