Old Regs

Hey, I'm doing some research on deer and elk units in Idaho and I'm having a hard time finding info on past regs for big game. I need to know changes for different units in the last ten years. Is there a database online with the old regs from year to year? Thanks

If you're anything like me, just check under the seat of your pickup, or in the pouch behind the seat. There's bound to be an archive of the last 10-12 years scattered through there somewhere...

I like the thinking behind it but IMO there's a lot going on when setting the regs (besides how many animals in an area) so it wouldn't be that helpful. For example, many zones are Oct 15-early Nov and there's major variety in quality and quantity between them. Reports on population counts and talking to the bio about the herd would be better I think.
