Okmulgee WMA

I’m moving to Tuscaloosa, AL for a few years and won’t be able to hunt much where I usually do so I plan to spend a lot of time in the Okmulgee section of Talladega NF. If anybody has any pointers or has hunted here before, please shoot me a PM. Mainly concerned with deer and turkeys. Thanks

I've hunted the Talladega NF (Talladega division) quite a bit but never the
Oakmulgee portion.

I'd check out the YouTube Channel "I Bow Hunt White-Tails" run by Don Cicero. He primarily hunts Oakmulgee and isn't afraid to state that. You'll have no idea where he's hunting exactly but he has a lot of scouting videos.
