Oil stove for wall tent

I normally run a sheep herder stove in the wall tent in the back country. I've got a heavier stove I made out of thicker material for time when we are effectively truck camping and don't have to pack the stove .
I've had a few out of state hunts where wood is pretty scarce. And it has been pretty cold .
I'd like to build used oil stove for these instances when wood is scarce and continuous heat is needed. Does any one have any thoughts or examples ?

I was hoping this was an answer not a question haha. I'll be interested in what you discover.
We have a kerosene burning stove for emergencies (when the power goes out in our garage which is separated from our house with a wood stove). It's kinda a big lantern. It works well but the fuel is pricey. I think it was $30 for 2.5 gallons. I think you'd burn a gallon or 2 a night. So I'd use it for a day or two during a power outage but not often. I don't know about whether it would create any issues in a tent.

I think we will get there ... I'm thinking something like this but made out of a 20# propane can size https://journeytoforever.org/biofuel_library/ethanol_motherearth/me7.html
