I've been using my hand on my rear support then holding the stock for a while. Works great with the Sig Cross. I can just pinch my thumb and finger together through the stock above the bag rider.

But with the Rokstok I'm trying to figure this out. Can't seem to find a comfortable way to do something similar. You're supposed to lay the outside of your hand on the rear support then hold the stock, right?

Would be slick if there was a little hook molded into the underside of the stock.

Anyone care to share some pics for this special ed student?

Best I could do Saturday was rest the stock on my hand in a way that post shot I could roll my hand up and grab the stock to work the bolt.

Thanks fam

Are you just specifically talking about how to support the butt stock when you are shooting off hand? For off hand shooting, I just try to have enough rearward pressure to hold my butt pad against my shoulder and let friction hold it there. When I run the bolt, my support arm takes up the rearward pressure until my trigger hand is back on the grip. You can use a sling if you have one but it’s easy to torque with a sling at the same time.

But, I’m not as good of a shooter as most other folks on here so hopefully they will help more.

Sorry I should have been more specific. Shooting prone.
