The 210s have very little stretch. I went with the XL and also wear a 36 and they fit fine except in my thighs (common problem for me, don't worry about it) and my calfs (too small, took me 5 min to get the zipper started around them). The 145's are apparently stretchier, but I returned the 210s and the calf issue kept me from trying the 145's as I doubt that would change.

For those that have the merino zip off bottoms. I'm trying to decide between the 145's and 210's to wear under the attack pants.

I currently wear size 36 attack pants with some room and was looking at large zip-offs, well 145's are already sold out. Are the 210's to heavy or would be fine?

Or are the mediums have enough stretch that they would fit well.

The large in 210s should fit you unless you have very large calves. They are tight so they don't ride up but don't allow much flex. The 145s have more stretch so it's not as much of a problem. 210s seem more durable and haven't had any problems feel they are to hot. 145s are softer, nicer feeling but my legs don't seem to care .

Yeah, it sounds like it's tied to account age rather than how much you've spent. If you created an account or bought from them early on seems to be the criteria.

maybe they troll rokslide and see if you been naughty or nice,,,,,to kuiu. bought a bunch of kuiu stuff in last three years but hardly anything in last year and half soooo was not invited despite biting my tongue about my allegiance not to kuiu but to first lite

At 30% off I almost wish I needed something else. Since KUIU doesn't work the whitetail market, much of their clothing doesn't help me on cold-weather treestand sits. I do wear the merino and Peloton series like crazy though. The P-240 is a great wind-busting mid-layer for me.

They usually have one around Black Friday and one right at the end/beginning of the year..

Just looked through my e-mails and last year they had one that started 11/25 (10%-25% whole store) and one that started 12/31 (40% off all First Lite)..

Probably won't be exactly the same but roughly should be close..

Well, they had the 3 items I really wanted 3 days ago, but now they are all out of them. This is typical! Sounds like another sales ploy. Would people really buy all these items 3 days before a 30% discount? Man!! Ya killing me!! Ha!

I did in the attacks and guide pants plus a 230 weight merino top just because I was afraid with the inner circle and the possibility the sight would crash agin this year. I thought screw it I'll just pay the extra and know I can get exactly what I want. I did get a Pelton top and a solid chughach today with the discount but I've lost some weight and really wanted to get the pants so I bit the bullet. I got on before 8 (west coast time) and added another pair of attacks with the stuff I was buying today and they where already out of stock shortly after 8 when I placed my order. Who knows when they'll be in stock agin. Frustrating part of buying Kuiu.
