I do. Save your money. I had a Liberty 300wsm I got for $1,150.00 November 2017 during their black friday sale.

Fit and finish was good. No better, no worse than my $400.00 Ruger American and/or the $1,900.00 CA Ridgeline I used to own.

Accuracy was really great, balance of the rifle was great. The OEM Timney was pretty good too. Factory bedding was adequate.

Make sure you LOVE whichever stock you get because trying to replace the stock is easier said than done as nobody inlets for it except b&c and McMillan and McMillan only does the one. I started out liking the bell & carlson then decided I didn't anymore - couldn't find a replacement that was at my affordability node (under $600).

My rifle suffered from heavy bolt lift resulting from some binding when cocking it. It was terrible and even after 500 rounds hadn't improved. Sent rifle to Nosler and all they did was some grinding which didn't even solve the problem. Moreover, they didn't refinish it afterwards so when I got it back I couldn't focus on anything except the galled metal. I had a heck of time dealing with them as it relates to getting timely responses to emails and so-forth. I took it to my gunsmith and he fixed it. Then sold it.

Frankly, if I wanted another one, I feel they'd be a contender in the $1k price range but the $2k they want for the M48 Liberty is an absolute joke, there are dozens of rifles I don't even want that I'd buy for $2k before the Nosler. And I really wanted to love this thing. I live in Oregon and wanted an Oregon made rifle with Oregon made glass. Spared no expense on bases, optics, bipod, scope, ammo - the works. I just couldn't get over how poorly they handled my particular issues.

Edited to add that while I believe my problems were isolated I know every company has occasional mistakes let out the door. The big letdown was in part because I had such a romantic western hunting image in my head of an oregonian cresting the summit with an Oregon rifle in hand - the letdown was exaggerated somewhat. I know, it’s stupid. But it’s just how I roll lol.

Priced right it’s a good buy for a non 700 push feed. At $2k no way.

^ouch. That's one way to ruin your brand. The Noslers that I handled at Shooters Pro Shop were sweet, but picking up rifles at a gun shop doesn't count for much. That said, the more of these I read the more I think that EVERY production gun should be considered on a case by case basis. From Remington to Christensen, there are shooters and there are a few (or a lot) of lemons. I'm reluctant to buy any gun without some kind of first hand account of its condition. Which is to say, if you have a good deal on a Nosler, like how it feels, and know it shoots, its probably worth it.

I've had one in 300WSM since 2006 and have hunted it hard ever year. I had to have the trigger replaced after falling down a scree chute and going ass over teakettle with the rifle in an Eberlestock pack in 2010. The safety broke loose.

They replaced it free of charge and turned it around in less than 10 days. After 7 years of beating through the bushes, they refinished the painted stock for free- again, a couple of weeks to turn it around. I can't say anything bad- excellent accuracy, love the rifle and got very good CS out of them. I've knocked a good sized pile of critters over with it and it's never left any survivors.

I bought a .280ai in the Nosler 48 custom model 5 or 6 years ago and have had nothing but good luck with it. I followed the Nosler break in procedure they recommended and shoot it as often as I can. I don’t shoot any extreme distances or get too technical, but It’s the most accurate rifle I’ve ever owned.

As long as you only shoot factory ammo through them they are probably great.

I've loaded for a couple and the magazines boxes are very short but they are throated longer so you can't get anywhere close to the lands because of mag box.

To me, coming from a company that built their entire name on bullets and reloading they failed terribly.

My M48 is throated long with a standard box, you're right...I can't reach the lands with anything that'll fit in the magazine.

My M21 has a Wyatt's box and I can reach lands with almost any 30 cal bullet, including the 210 ABLR, and still get it in the magazine.

I have 2 one in 280ai and one 30 nosler I shoot factory ammo for the most part so magazine length has never bothered me.

I would like to restock the 30n but I can’t find any replacements.

Both are sub moa with every ammo I have tired.

Longest shot on game was the 280ai at 425 on an antelope
