I picked up a Nosler outfitter in 30-06 this summer for a great price and have taken it out a handful of times. The action is buttery smooth and the bolt is very crisp. The trigger is very crisp as well. Absolutely love the trigger. I now realize why a trigger is such an upgrade! I put a vortex viper hslr 4-16x44 on it with warne rings and bases to see what it can do. I have only been shooting factory loads in it , core lokts and 165g trophy coppers. Looking forward to working up some hand loads after the seasons. Anyone else using a Nosler rifle? I may pick up a liberty in the offseason in 300 win mag.

Excellent rifle! I have two Noslers myself: custom M48 Brush Country package in 35 Whelen topped with a 1.7-10x42 swarovski and a custom M48 300 win mag in walnut with a Leupold VX-6. My buddy has a M48 in 300 win mag as well. Fit and finish on these Noslers is superb.

We visited Nosler HQ in Bend a while back after a fly fishing trip. Checked out the factory and pro shop and ordered our rifles right there! Not only are the rifles great, but the follow up customer service is the tops. They have a good group of down to earth people working there. Really made it (too) easy to pay all that money for custom rigs!

I had the Outfitter in 35 Whelen and loved it. Super accurate, smooth, well built and pretty easy on the shoulder. I really regret selling it. Only issue is the front sight hood can be easily pulled off.

I have the Model 48 Outfitter in .375 Ruger. Everything about it I like. Strong, utility rifle to taken on the harshest of conditions, Hoping one day to take a bucket list hunt for one of the big northern coastal bears.

Cool. Thanks for the replies. I think I will be on the lookout for a 300 win mag in a long range setup as well.
