Northern CA Horn Drop

I live around 4000ft in ne eldorado county. Bucks seem to all be packing horn still. When do yall start to notice them dropping?

Saw 2 bucks couple of days ago in Paradise, what appeared to be a older buck had dropped both, nice younger 3 point still packing.

Found 1st shed this last Saturday while Turkey hunting in Mendocino Co.

I’m pretty sure I saw fresh growth on one near the Novato narrows on my way home yesterday.
