When I was a kid I could mow the neighbor's lawn and buy 1000 rounds of 22. Now I can't buy anything without a background check. The anti gun people know they can't take guns outright so they chip away. Every Inch we give we will never get back. I heard today that you can't even go to a shooting rang and shoot lead bullets now. What animal is going to be affected by lead in a shooting range? I know everyone wants to do the right thing but sometimes you have to choose the lesser evil. Guys in other states look at California and laugh about out stupid laws. Be careful to not let your state become the next California! Do everything you can to prevent giving every inch you will never get it back and it just makes it easier to get the next one.

If you want to shoot non lead ammo for your health or whatever reason, just do it. You don't need a partnership or intiatives. The military and LE shoot way more training than hunters.

That study mentions abandoned shooting ranges more than once. Thats where it starts and then the do gooders make their real move to limit ammunition for target shooting

My thoughts regarding your top three:
1. My employer controls my healthcare, who I can go see, etc., and I'll lose it if I want to quit to start my own small business. Nevermind a large amount of my premiums go to pay a profit seeking insurance company and endless administration.
2. Medical bills are the leading cause of personal bankruptcy.
3. Debt is far more significant now for average working-age adults than those of prior generations.

By the way, I am not condoning a 'social state' at all, just addressing some weaknesses in the way our current system is operating, since you brought them up.

They are working on all of these if you ask me.

I don't think you understand it.
1) Your employer doesn't control your health care. You have other options. You could opt out and seek your own insurance or go without. What the socialist want is ONE healthcare system (that they control) and no others.
2) bankruptcy doesn't equal poverty, just bad credit
3) the debt in question is the governments not personal debt. When the Government is in debt, they "raise " taxes to pay for things. Higher taxes makes more poverty and more government dependency.

I just see it differently.

1. There's really no other competitive way to my health care than the one my employer-sponsored. My State is ridiculously expensive for health care. If I would need serious medical help, I have to make sure the hospital and all doctors involved were in my network (chosen by my employer), and hopefully, the ambulance takes me to them if I am incapacitated. The way that I see it, a single-payer system could remove all of that bureaucracy, streamlining care between all providers and all those who need it. Every other developed country does it this way for half the cost, and the vast majority of them are happy with it too. How often do people in America have great experiences dealing with their insurance company after a serious medical event? I very rarely hear so.

2. Bankruptcy may not equal poverty, but I think we can all agree that bankruptcy is a huge detriment to accumulated wealth and it should be avoided. Again, we don't need to spend as much as we currently are. Understand that some percentage of our medical payments (billions) is going towards lobbying Washington and the media to perpetuate this profit-seeking health care industry. I say, steer more money towards the actual doctors, nurses, and facilities that actually help people.

It took some time getting it dialed but it’s not too bad. 585 yards last season and the buck didn’t go but 5 yards. Expansion wasn’t the greatest on the first shot through the lungs. Round 2 dropped it high shoulder and expanded fantastic hitting bone. Most reviews from fellow Californians say to hope you hit bone.

Hey, there is nothing wrong with copper ammo! I hope it performs better over time.... however, If any politician tells me that I can no longer shoot lead ammo due to their concerns, and research... bullshit! Don't lie to me with my tax $$, They all do, they all, suck. I guarantee I can do more for hunting than these bullshit non-profit, blood sucking, government agency bitches that anyone can. I have no problem paying my resident fees to hunt our game, but call me with results for the state legislatures gift to these 501(C) 3. orgs.... I dare you! Get a financial statement from them~ Please enlighten me as to why PF or Delta Waterfoel gets a tag to auction off every year. What does the resident, or the wildlife benefit from this raffle??????
