Nonres buck tags

Next year I will be hunting elk, mule deer, and antelope in CO. I would like to hunt deer somewhere else also, and am open to archery or rifle hunts. I'm stuck between Wyoming, Utah, and Idaho. I'm trying to coordinate all the hunts so I have at least 3-5 days per hunt. In CO I plan to hunt elk during first season (or archery if it will free up time for other hunts), deer in third season, and antelope during rifle antelope season. Any advice on areas and states to put in for that I have a good chance of drawing a buck tag for any season with no points is greatly appreciated! I know it's a long shot not having any points, but I would really like to add a few more hunts to my list next year. Thanks!

Idaho you could pick up a over the counter General season tag and do a hunt without points. And I think you could pick up a certain Region in wyo without points but not sure as I’m a resident so don’t really pay to much to wyo nonres Stuff.
