So, I know for each species you have to pay the tag fee upfront.. What I'm trying to figure out is what the fees are exactly if I don't win. Is it a $20 PP fee per species for Deer & Elk, so if I apply for both it's $40?

On Sheep, Moose, and Goat do they keep $20 each species or $40 each species?

Are there any other fees besides the PP fees and $10 habitat stamp?

I'm just finding alot of conflicting info and want to figure out what I'll be in for..

Not sure on non-res but in state there is the application fee, some of which is not refunded if you don't draw and an additional tag fee that you pay later if you are successful in drawing a tag. Might not have been any help...no matter what, they keep some of the initial app fee. Then if you are "lucky" you get to cough up even more money.
