Wyoming wildlife managers nabbed Rodney Gilstrap for poaching. He denies everything.

For years, Rodney Gilstrap roamed western Wyoming's wilderness, bagging remarkable trophy animals and snapping photos that would make any hunter jealous. But there was one problem. Game wardens said he did it all illegally.

I've read other states can reciprocate that suspension but rarely ever do. Does anyone know why states don't?

You’d be surprised the amount of people that don’t know the residency laws and don’t really care to learn them. I ran into a guy at work one day that applies as a resident in a neighboring state because he owns 40 acres of vacant land there.

Texas does reciprocate a license revoked
Hawaii is the only state that I know of that doesn’t.
Federal GW should file a Lacey act violation on his ass , if he transported any of the animal parts across state lines
