NM UNIT 27 Weather

I posted this in the Whitey thread, thought I'd get more responses here.
I have a Dec. 7-15 Coues tag in 27 and was just wondering what kind
of weather to expect around this time? Also, what about around the
first of the year in SW NM for Javi tags? trying to figure out sleep systems.

Typically see temps in the 20s overnight and into the 50s during the day. Average some years a bit lower some a bit warmer. For the bristle pigs temps will be comparable. Plan for some winds to boot. 27 is wild place rising from the surrounding desert. That coues hunt is a ball.

Yeah even in southern NM the December is cold. Bring as much down as you can!
