Nimrod Spotting Scope Case

AZGUY. What would you like to know about them? I have worked closely with Doug on his Products and such. Ive never used the Nimrod Spotter pocket but I do own a lot of his Pack stuff. Shoot him an email with any specific questions hes super helpful and is huge on Customer service. [email protected]

His gear is very well made, Made in the USA, and is probably some of the most overlooked gear for 1 to 2 day hunting backpack design.

Robby actually checked out and did a review on a pack we sent him. Maybe he will chime in here. You can see more of Robby's review here: http://www.rokslide.com/easyblog/entry/in-the-field-nimrod-pack-systems

SHTF,

Thanks for the info. I was thinking about getting one for my tripod (to keep the noise down when im bowhunting) and my swaro spotter. My questions were mainly around:

Weight
How compatible it is with other packs
What color options are available
Pricing

The website is not currently showing any of this info but it sure looks like it would work well across a spectrum of packs if it is adaptable!

Yep definitely send Doug an email. He will be happy to get you all the Details. Tell him you talked to James in Co he will get you setup.

I used to have one. It is well made and large enough to fit any spotter that I know of. The issue I had with it is the attachment points made it floppy on my pack. I ended up lashing it with compression straps, which made quick access difficult.

7mag that is what I was worried about. Were you able to find something that did work?

Yeah, I got a new pack. I was using an external frame that I could attach different bags to. I switched to an internal frame pack with an external pocket big enough for my spotter. Now I have a Kifaru Nomad on order.

I have never used the spotting scope pocket but have owned two of their packs. They are of the highest quality made gear you will ever find.
