Nighthawk vs Ridge Warden

I’m struggling to decide between the Nighthawk and Ridge Warden. Primarily for glassing 12x50 and a Kowa 77 spotter. I have read a ton about both. I don’t plan on shooting more than a handful of shots a year clipped in. I have a VA-5 now that I enjoy but looking to drop a fair bit of weight with either of these. I’m looking for a good glassing set up above anything else. Thanks for the input!
