Tremor 3 is my pick but MIL-XT is nice too. I’ve killed a lot of shit with a 4-16x42 ATACR with T3 both during the day and at night behind NV and thermal clip ons.

I have that same optic with the T3 on my OBR. I have been considering stealing it for this rifle.
I have used a PVS 31 clipped in front and done the same.

I have a 2.5x10x42 with a MOAR MOA reticle on my LMT .308 AR and for that rifle it works. I wouldn't use it on any of my other rifles though. I really like the NX8 4x32. Covers all I need for my other rifles.

I have a 42 and 24 with MOAR reticles. Love the reticle and use the 24 more both day and night.

I picked up an NXS 2.5-10x42 MOAR and traded it for a NXS 2.5-10x32 with the velocity 600 reticle. I put the x32 on my Ruger American Ranch Rifle and I swear that scope was made for that rifle.

I resisted buying one of these for years, and when I finally did, my only regret is not having done so sooner. For a mountain rifle I can’t think of a better scope
