Nightforce 2-12 FFP reticle?

I've looked through the threads and haven't found anything but does anyone actually have time on the MRX reticle? I stumbled on this video and this is the closest thing I have found. Granted pictures arn't what the person actually perceives but is this FFP reticle actually usable on the lower magnification for hunting. I really want to give this scope a try but for $1800, it's a steep investment for me to not have a usable hunting reticle.

No experience with the 2-12 but I have the 3-18 NX6 and while I haven't hunted with it yet this season I have been more impressed with it than my NX8 4-32. Better eye box/more forgiving, better turret system, better caps. cant tell a difference on the glass. From seeing those picture I don't see how it wouldn't be a useable reticle for hunting. For up close off hand shots on low magnification the eye can infer where the center of reticle is by extrapolating the thick black stadia to the center of the reticle/POA. On farther shots you should have enough time to zoom and set parallax to use the center aiming point to its full advantage. It may not be designed specifically for hunting like the THLR S2H reticle/scope but I certainly think it would be useable. Give it a try!
