From your photos posted, you’re right…it will do fine, not great, on a green grassy hillside midday with sun blasting. How does the reticle look in lower light looking into thicker cover?

I’ll gladly look through one before passing final judgement…and a purchase.

Put a MLR2 or a mildot reticle in that 2-12 and I'll take a couple. As it is, I'll keep using my various NF scopes with those reticles currently.

This. All we needed was a simple reticle folks. Even a Milr would've worked great.

Following up on my defective NX6 out of the box. It was apparently the first RMA they've had on the NX6....Yea me!!! Hopefully the last! I got a message from them today that the scope was repaired and complete check up and all good and on the way back to me. As many NF scopes that I've owned I have never had to use their warranty service before. The experience was exceptional. Not that I was happy about the fact my first NX6 had an issue though. Things happen. I expect the scope to be solid once I get it back again.

Last year I bought a 7-35 ATACR and its zerostop was defective out of the box, the internal threads for the clutch system must have been galled or something. Annoyed me that I had to pay to send it to them, they didn't offer a shipping label but I should have asked for one. Luckily my NX6 3-18 seems fine out of the box and after zeroing it.

I ordered direct with NF the first day and was told around April 7th ship date but wouldn’t be surprised at all if that shifts right.

I ordered a 3-18 mil c directly through them at the end of January and as of last week via email inquiry he said
“A rough guess would be another 30 to 45 days or so, but that's really just looking at the orders we are getting out the door without seeing the bigger picture.”
So now I’m wondering if I’ll get this or my S2H first lol

That is wild, the 3-18 MIL-C has been in stock at every dealer for a month now.

Yeah, I’m guessing prioritizing dealers first especially over individuals on a discount. But who knows, I just know I’ll be excited once it comes.

Surprised they had you send it in. They have a fix for it now so you don't have to send in and they will send the replacement turret.
