New tricer bipod

Seen a couple videos now of people's legs being stripped and falling off.

Bryce Bergen shitting in Tricer for it. Claiming they're owned by Vortex and that they ripped off his bipod brand.

Anyone else had issues yet?

How are folks liking this compared to a spartan javelin? Obviously can go a lot higher
The javelin is lighter and can be tucked away and snapped in as needed. The Tricer would probably live on the rifle unless you had time to snap it on in an ambush scenario. The Spartan I have found to have a bit of play when shooting and I prefer a pic mounted bipod for accuracy. For me, this is worth the weight and extra snag penalty to have the Tricer. If I really wanted to use the Spartan I would probably just use my backpack anyways.

There was bound to be issues. There is absolutely no possible way for Tricer to open packaging/fully inspect/close packaging/ pack/ship 2,000 bipods in a timely manner. Let alone the 4,000 that were pre-ordered. Tricer cannot possibly have enough employees to handle that task.

Inevitably they trusted the craftsmanship and shipped them

Interesting that the videos states you can twist the legs off and on when it’s clear the legs are held in via 2 set screws. Almost like he was trying to change the legs out and twisted hard enough to brake the bond. There is zero reason to turn the legs.

Sounds more like user error aimed at sabotaging a new product or shifting blame away from their mistake. Already see on YouTube that a guy cancelled his preorder because of the video.

The 2nd video I saw in another group has already been deleted. It almost sounded like the same guy just filming in a different spot with a different rifle.

Just a project to pass the time while I waited for the bipod. There's a manfroto leg and a few misc parts that make it 12oz without the binocular adapter. It could be lighter...i just need to find the parts!

That’s legit!!! Would you mind sharing the build?

As advertised! Very nice fit and finish, seems solid, locks up tight on pic rail. Lots of adjustment, with some practice it should be very functional for quick prone, seated and kneeing shots. I’ll get some shooting on the 22lr today and hopefully this weekend get out to the range/mountains with it. So far I’m impressed!

Bergen also claims his stuff is “made in America” but it’s very obviously just made out of Chinese archery stabilizer parts…

Saw that post last night. Pretty unbecoming having shooters sponsored by others and competitors dumping on Tricer especially when multiple people mentioned having the same issue with the 3x as expensive ckye pods. The anonymous post breeds more questions about how genuine it was. Anyone know who's in the video? Kind of makes me want to support tricer more. Take the high road Tricer dudes and you'll earn respect.

They most certainly have changed their approach on the “social media battle” since it first started. Hope everyone who buys their products gets years and years of use out of them, they are the best ever made after all…

Tricer has? I’ve avoided FB for years but recently had to reactivate to get match spots and sell stuff on marketplace so I don’t have any history. If tricer poopoo’d competing products that would make sense with the context.

this is one guy posting different videos. His first reaction was to post it all the internet rather than shoot me an email. We reached out and got him taken care of. 3,000 bipods shipped out so far stuff happens.

We are not addressing any of these

We are not addressing any of these guys. We make great stuff and are only trying to make the Industry better. There are a few competitive shooters who are obsessed with me. They have gone back through years of posts forums etc. finding ways to bash me.

I am just gonna do me and keep making great stuff to make the industry better. I just spent a month in Hawaii hunting and now I am headed to Africa on Monday. Trust me these guys are not affecting my sales or my life at all. Life is good and Tricer is exploding.

I feel bad for grown men that have nothing better to do than bash on a guy just trying to run a business.
