I’ve watched all the videos and read the specs and still can’t tell if you can lock the pan out. Looks like it on and cant tightens up with the same knob, so maybe you can’t lock out the pan. Would be nice to know.

Also, two leg splay settings or is there a middle one for three total?
There are 4 splay angles. One large lever locks out both can't and pan.

I've been waiting for a better option that doesn't cost me my first born child (looking at you mdt cyke). Ive never owned a bipod but I think this will be my first dive into that realm. I've been shooting off a tripod for a few years and the rare instances I can go prone are typically off my pack.

Looking forward to trying it out!

Not to derail this thread but need to ask cause I’m really tempted to buy one of these. But a general question…I put arca rails on all of my guns back by the bottom metal in anticipation of shooting off a tripod (balance point). If you were to put one of these beauties that far back, am I thinking it wouldn’t work very well? I’ve always looked at bipods as an out towards the front of the gun kind of things. I’ve always used the Spartan bipods but this bipod has so much to offer I’m trying to figure out how to use it. Thanks in advance for people’s thoughts.

Good spot for tripod, bad spot for a bipod you’ll need another rail out front.

Yea if you could figure out a way to make the bipod a tripod it would be awesome. Even if the third leg clamped to an existing leg it would be a sweet little lightweight setup.
hatch has this it works good slip it off the rifle add the leg mount binos and glass

I am in the same boat that's why I designed this. It's one bipod to do it all. I have a box full of bipods.

It would truly be the Mother of all Bipods (MOAB) if the legs would have a 45° forward angle lock. Already preordered one so here is to hoping.
