New to forum/hunting, not a new shooter

Hi all, reporting from California, got two bear tags this season, a decent A zone deer, and a D8. Building out some southpaw rigs in time for the season.

What's everyone liking for 308 and 6.5 copper/lead free ammo these days? Ideally out to 400 yards.

I shot a bear 2 years ago with Barnes TTSX in .308, shot it 3 times. There are other “boutique” bullets like Hammer, G9 Defense, Lehigh and DRT, but Barnes is probably the most popular off the shelf one.
