My recommendation is to by a previous generation top tier sight. This will accomplish two things you seek. 1, a high quality sight. 2, a sight that won't break the bank. Some of these, that I've used and highly recommend are Spot Hogg Fast Eddie or Tommy Hogg, HHA Tetra Ryz, Axcel Landslyde. There are plenty of others but those are some previous generation (like only by a year) that you can find used, under your price of $200.
In my humble opinion, a Spot Hogg Fast Eddie at $200 or more below a Spot Hogg Boonie, and an HHA Tera Ryz at $200 or more below an HHA Nytrx and an Axcel Landslyde at $200 or more below an Axcel Driver are comparative steals and, in my opinion, are just as good of sights. The same can be said for the Montana Black Gold lineup. Yes, I've owned all of those I've listed and more. And, by doing as I suggested, you won't, effectively, be missing out on anything and will be saving a significant amount of money. Note, that all people, including me, will exhibit some sort of confirmation bias to justify the money we've spent. I myself am very bad at that.
By the way, to answer your question, those I've listed are all sights that I can highly recommend from personal use. The previous generation one's I've listed can all be found under your $200 desired cap. For the current comaprative generations I've listed, if you want them for $200, either rub a lamp or wait a year. Good luck with your new venture.
