Looking for a new bow sight

Not a fan of 5 pin sights. I feel it clouds my sight too much. Tried a cbe single pin slider and shot much better but think I want a two pin slider. I’ve seen some with the single vertical bar with two fibers on it and think that may be what I’m looking for. Any recommendations?

Axcel Driver w/ ranger pins-brand new sight from axcel

HHA RYZ, spot hogg fast eddie xl-you can't adjust the pins individually though

I think CBE makes a dual vertical pin

Dialed pruf is an option.

UV makes a dual pin, but you can't adjust the pins individually. Some have also said that the brightness suffers

Good luck in your search. FWIW I shoot a black gold because pin brightness is the most important thing for me. I don't shoot a vertical pin though.

Yea I was looking at the black and gold dual pin and the spot hogg fast Eddie xl. I don’t really need to move them independently I like that you can set the top pin to 30 and then still have a 40 option if needed

I have a three pin BG Ascent Verdict and I like it a lot. I use a three pin set up and for both elk and deer, I don't find it cluttered at all. If you want to go to a 2-pin vertical set up, I would recommend the Mountain Lite Dual Trac.

I like my Spot Hogg Fast Eddie XL. Have had it since they came out. When my top pin is at 20 yds, 2nd pin is 35 and top of bubble is 45. I practice out to 45 without adjusting the sight at random ranges most of the time so I'm comfortable if I need to take a quick shot.

Yea I was looking at the fast Eddie xl and the hha tetra ryz I can get a discount on the hha so it’s about 2/3 the price of the spot Hogg

That's legit. I bought my fiancé's fast eddie on ebay for 200 shipped, so I was happy! It's hard to stomach the prices of most of these high end sights!

Yea that’s a heck of a deal right now they’re like 320-350 full price and can get the hha for about 100$ cheaper. It’s definitely an investment so I want to find one I’ll use for awhile

The secret to single pin and even double pin adjustable sights is to not move them in normal hunting situations. Set one at 30 and the other one at about 50. This will cover all normal shots from 10 yds to about 55 yds. Just practice at all those distances and know which pin to use and how the arrow drops or how high it hits. I like to move them when practicing distances further than 50 yds. If I moved it for shooting at an animal then the situation needs to be right but I have never moved for anything under 50. I’ve shot with one single pin set at 35 yds for as long as I can remember. Before moveable sights and long before vertical pins.

That’s what I was doing with the single pin. I’d set it at 30 and use the bubble for 50 and get pretty close guessing where the 20 and 40 hit but think I’d like the second pin to be more accurate if the deer spooks I can use that other pin instead of guessing

That’s the one I’m looking at the hha tetra ryz 2 pin. How much of gap do you have from the first and second pi at 20 and 30?

I believe jake is saying he's using a tetra sight body and a UV (ultraview) scope so prob not going to be the same as the hha sight.
