My guess was a line of mono bullets.

In looking at the Sierra press release, another new offering will be a 22 cal 77 gr Matchking-X.
The press release states:
Engineered for reliable expansion at midrange velocities, the MKX delivers match-grade accuracy in a true hunting bullet. With a high ballistic coefficient, it mirrors the performance of its MatchKing counterpart in flight, while providing the terminal performance hunters demand. From ringing steel to taking game, the MKX does not sacrifice precision for performance.

So Sierra has put the effort into designing a 22 cal 77 gr. hunting bullet- because the 77 gr. TMK is a match bullet not suitable for hunting! But they are calling it a Matchking-X.

To add to this irony, Form & company are testing the new Tipped Matchking offerings on game, and I assume providing feedback to Sierra.
Sierra's headquarters must be some kind of alternate universe staffed by ex millitary intelligence people. That somehow fall ass backwards into success.
