I just want a 22” SS Lite in 6 creedmoor
Me too.I just want a 22” SS Lite in 6 creedmoor
9.5#’s is too heavy for NRL.
Yep. Most scope and ring combos are going to be a couple pounds. Doesn’t leave a lot for a brake and versatile bipod.Unless they think dudes are using 2-7 leupys and Spartan bipods.. yeah.
20” and threaded would be about perfect, heck I’ll split the difference and go 21I just want a 22” SS Lite in 6 creedmoor
Have any specs been posted by Tikka yet? What I was told was the plan was for the "Game" model to be compliant with factory NRL division. The "Target" model being compliant for PRS. Things could have obviously changed.Might be a decent option if a guy is going to use it for open heavy in NRL still, just too heavy for Factory division if it's actually 9.5#. The Tikka UPR is already a solid option in 6.5 creed for factory division it would just be hard to choose over a Havak that is available in 6 creed because 6mm is nice if a guy has to be under 12#.
Make that vote #3 from me.Me too.
Would a RUM even fit in a T3X?The description above says 7 Remington ULTRA Mag.....yeah I don't think so. 7Rum has to be a misprint or a joke.
Yea but even it they offer it in 22.4 or 24.3 - Karl can cut it, thread it, cap it, and send it back to me before the check has even cleared...20” and threaded would be about perfect, heck I’ll split the difference and go 21

Nope.Would a RUM even fit in a T3X?
Aren't 90% of factory class guys shooting 65cm? Very few rifles besides havak are notable entries in 6mm fast twist.Just what i've seen posted on this thread and others that show 9.5# so only very low confidence level #'s.
A guy could get a 9.5# bare rifle to meet NRL Factory class weight (12#) but nobody buying a rifle intended for factory class wants to be limited to 2.5# for rings, scope, bipod, and muzzle device. Like I said, UPR already comes in about right weight wise at a hair under 8#.
If they don't offer it in a 6 creed or fast twist 243 they are going to be eliminated from consideration as a factory class gun for many people immediately anyway.
